WHO ARE WE?
The Isabel Amaya Foundation is a non-profit organization based in California and Texas, holding a 501(c)(3) status. It is dedicated to serving the public by uplifting low-income and at-risk infants, children, and youth under 18 years of age in Long Beach, California and San Antonio, Texas. The foundation's mission focuses on providing support and resources to these groups, while its vision aims to create comprehensive after-school care, child care, and educational support to foster a nurturing environment for holistic development.
WHERE ARE WE?
The Isabel Amaya Foundation is currently a non-profit organization for public benefit that has 501(c)(3) status in the State of California and Texas. It has partnerships with The Nonprofit Partnership and Long Beach Gives. Having filed with the State of California and Texas Office of the Attorney General Registry of Charities and Fundraisers, the foundation is now able to fundraise and allocate funds within the State of California and Texas for its mission and works.
WHERE DO WE WANT TO BE?
The Isabel Amaya Foundation aims to open a Child Care Center for School Age Children in the City of Long Beach, providing programs and services that align with its mission and vision. This center is intended to offer comprehensive after-school care and educational support, fostering a nurturing environment for the holistic development of low-income and at-risk children and youth. The foundation plans to have this center operational by 2027.
HOW CAN YOU HELP?
You can help The Isabel Amaya Foundation complete its mission and vision programs by donating to the 2026 Child Care Center Campaign. The goal is to raise $160,000 for the 2027 fiscal year to help in opening the center. You can donate directly via direct deposit, check, or cash donation. You can make a one-time direct donation or make monthly payments that add up to your pledge amounts.
Here are the pledge options:
$50: Listed on donor list on our Annual Report.
$100: Receive a gifted Isabel Amaya Foundation merchandise item.
$500: Have your name engraved on a bronze donor leaf, which will be displayed at the new center in 2027.
$1,000: Receive name recognition on the foundation's website and social media platforms as a benefactor.
